I recently served as Casting Director on Andres Valencia’s film City Park Ranger and Jake Alan King’s film Fishbowl. I cast and co-directed a national PSA voiceover for the Federal Highway Administration. Favorite plays that I have both cast and directed include 29 Questions at the Shell Theater in Times Square which received critical acclaim, Blood Astounds Me at N.Y. Artists Unlimited, and Reconstructing Julie at the Algonquin Theater in Manhattan.
Feel free to email or call me to inquire about acting coaching. I offer private lessons, as well as semi-privates and group classes by special arrangement.
Testimonials
Natasha Yannacañedo proved invaluable when I was struggling to cast actors for my film. She has an amazing eye for recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of the actors and for matching actors with the roles best suited for them. Natasha is very supportive and is a pleasure to work with, and I hope to work with her again in the future!
~ Jake Alan King, Film Director
Natasha's diligence to detail and keen eye for talent brought our film to life. She cast key actors who gave stellar performances, and the background talent she found created the perfect backdrop for my film.
